We have different rates for different services. Pricing for our monthly accounting services varies by your company’s needs. It depends on your company’s accounting activity and the complexity of your financial statements. Our packages are customized to fit your specific needs and you only pay for the services you need.
It is not necessarily updated monthly, quarterly, or annually. However, by receiving updated information each month will bring you the maximum benefits when your records are updated regularly. We highly recommended having bookkeeping updated regularly for business owners to be able to monitor their business.
We will organize and summarize all of your receipts, invoices, bank statements, credit
card statements, and anything else you might have that has piled up. No pre-sorting
or organizing necessary!
The payment shall be made directly from your bank account or charge your credit card monthly after you have signed our services agreement. If you wish to discontinue our services, you can cancel your services with notice in accordance with our service agreement.
You can start by completing a simple question on our website which will provide us with information to help us begin creating a quote for you. Then we will proceed with a phone call to talk more about your business and our services that are suitable for your company. Once you have signed our service agreement, we’ll schedule an engagement kick-off which will start our onboarding process. Onboarding generally lasts for two months and after that point, you’ll shift into our standard monthly accounting and reporting mode
