Shantini is a highly-dedicated chartered accountant with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Shantini obtained her Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in 2003 and went on to work for several audit, accounting and tax firms such as Siva & Associates, Kumpulan Naga and Tiang Tax Services.
Thereafter, Shantini pursued her career into the corporate world in the industry of an Auction House, Real-Estate Agency, Book Club and a Training Center. Before incorporating Shantini & Associates, Shantini was attached to Nusantara Edaran Filem Sdn. Bhd, a Joint Venture of ASTRO and MVP Pte Ltd for nearly 6 years
As a charismatic communicator with extensive knowledge in various fields including accounting and finance, taxation, audits, as well as human resource and office administration, Shantini has a proven track record of enhancing process efficiencies, developing cost-saving strategies, and establishing immediate rapport with clients and companies she has worked with in the past, including small to medium scale companies that do not have a dedicated accountant or accounting department. She has been instrumental in setting up departments such as the Tax & Finance Department to cover policies and procedural development from scratch. These experiences have led Shantini to found Shantini & Associates which seeks to help entrepreneurs and SMEs the same way with their accounts, company secretarial and other compliance.

Kiri is an advisor with Shantini & Associates. As a retired accountant, Kiri has been involved in the accounting industry for more than 40 years, having worked in both the UK and Malaysia in the field of Accounting, Internal, and External Audit. During his time in the UK, Kiri has straddled the operations of the manufacturing industry from the bottom to top for 25 years. With an enriching past who has seen and experienced all, you can count on Kiri to provide only the soundest and insightful advice when it comes to your accounts and business advisory.

Abigail Lim is our human resource consultant who has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources management. Abigail has worked with a number of public-listed firms from construction to engineering, and trading to financial institutions (insurance). She is a Diploma holder in Computer Science (major in Human Resources), and carries with her numerous certifications under her belt including those in Human Resources Management, Training Professionals, ILM, United Kingdom Certification Performance Management Development and last HRDF Certified Train-The -Trainers.
